Real Estate Vertical Topic : “The Real State of Real Estate”
Many people agree that the three most important factors in real estate are location, location, and location, or that the primary drivers are interest rates, inventory, and location. As George Patton observed accurately, “When everybody is thinking alike, then somebody isn’t thinking.”
Instead of getting lost in the weeds of group thinking, which is often like looking backward in our rearview mirror, we will use our GPS systems as we look out of our windshields to see what to prepare for is just around the corner. By studying the buying and selling behavior of consumers based on age we may make more astute observations and decisions for ourselves, as well as our clients.
