Aaron May is a proven leader and brings a wealth of knowledge to BetterFit Benefits with ample prior financial and insurance industry experience. Aaron has become a valuable asset when it comes to helping clients mitigate long-term insurance costs and claims while at the same time improving the overall benefits package for their employees. In addition to the marketing aspects of account management and client acquisition, Aaron has a primary focus on long-term risk valuation and analysis for our broad range of clients.
 
BetterFit's mission is to help growing business leaders with the 3 main problems they all face regarding recruitment and retention: 

The overall costs of the employee benefits packages.
 Employee dissatisfaction or negative culture and perception with the current benefits package offering. 
Lack of employee education and account management resources from the brokers and carriers. 

 
The team at BetterFit Benefits help business owners manage insurance premiums with new creative strategies, which have saved clients an average of 17 percent. In addition, BetterFit crafts custom benefit packages to ensure clients are competitive with their industry-specific standards. Lastly, after everything has been set up, BetterFit clients have access to dedicated account managers to support them and their employees throughout the entire year.
 
Aaron proudly graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Economics with a Minor in Finance from the University of San Diego while playing Semi-Pro Soccer.
