After earning a master’s degree in finance from Georgia State University, Dipak honed his skills over two decades accomplishing major successes as a senior executive for various companies, including a multi-billion-dollar retail enterprise and smaller Silicon Valley technology firms.  He is a battle-tested strategic thinker who anticipates business challenges and formulates solutions often before others recognize the problem.  Throughout his career, he most enjoyed working with entrepreneurs running smaller companies, and this is now his passion.
As a partner in B2B CFO® and its sister company B2B Exit®, Dipak’s ideal clients are owners of privately held businesses with revenues between $5M and $100M who need strategic financial guidance to optimize growth, prepare for mergers, acquisitions, or exit strategies, or struggle with cash flow management and financial oversight.
On a personal note, Dipak is a former college soccer player and has enjoyed coaching his kids’ soccer teams. He and his wife have two children and live in Laguna Niguel, California.  When he is not working hard for his clients, he enjoys spending time with his family and staying fit through walking, cycling, yoga, and golf.
