With almost 25 years’ experience, Marc A. Liverant represents clients in a wide range of real estate transactions both regionally and nationally. Deputy leader of the firm’s real estate practice, Marc advises investors, developers, lenders, autonomous driving technology companies, and other owners and operators of real estate. He has experience with real estate transactions across all asset levels, including development parcels, office buildings, mixed-use projects, shopping centers, hotels, golf courses, residential subdivisions, and energy projects.
Clients regularly turn to Marc to negotiate and draft real estate–related agreements, including property purchase and sale agreements; industrial, retail, and commercial leases (including ground leases and master leases); easements; option, joint venture, and management agreements; construction documents; film and television location agreements; and leases for electric vehicle charging depots. Marc also represents lenders and owners in connection with workouts involving complex loan restructuring, foreclosures, deeds in lieu of foreclosure, and the appointment of receivers.
Marc is an active member of Morgan Lewis’s Autonomous Vehicles working group.
